"Technology Solutions Ltd. has installed City Centre CCTV systems in several phases
since 2011. The contract values range from £5k - £500k and have all been handled in an expert manner which is the main reason they are still employed with us to this day.
The company currently has contracts to supply and install CCTV systems with both the main city council services and that of the urban traffic control (UTC). They also conduct maintenance on the above and Bus Lane Enforcement (BLE).

" I can confirm that we have no issues with the fault fixing or the call out response of Technology Solutions. The relationship that has been built up is one of trust and understanding. If a fault develops 16:55 on a Friday night, they respond immediately, even if the technician has just arrived home and pulled onto his driveway. There is never the question of waiting for the dreaded order number first.
We do not need to watch over them, they always leave the work area tidy, act courteously manage installations with little or no input from myself in terms of building relationships with other parties, for example IT and estate colleagues."

"When we were looking for a firm to fit security cameras in school, we were given Technology Solutions name by a local school site manager who had used the firm several times. After a site visit, a discussion with our county surveyor and a competitive quote, we engaged the company to fit us a 14 camera CCTV system to cover both internal and external areas of our small secondary school.
The work was done quickly and efficiently by the workmen, who scheduled jobs both during and after school hours to ensure that they were done safely. Cameras were well sited to cover the main areas effectively. Apart from one mal-functioning camera, which was quickly replaced, we have had no problems in the 15 months of use. We have dealt with Technology Solutions for the past 18 months. They were the contractor that has installed the new CCTV system at Victoria Works which houses our Bathroom, Bedroom and Returns Departments.
