As part of this commitment we provide free technical support to our clients, a 24hr manned telephone line and an extensive range of maintenance options.
In addition, we are also able to offer a remote Diagnostic & Maintenance facility where faults/issues can be diagnosed & corrective actions taken without site attendance. This avoids unplanned maintenance visits by monitoring the condition of the system remotely.
Should you require on site assistance, our customer support staff will direct an engineer to your site.
All customer details and engineering activity are logged onto our unique customer scheduling system. The facility allows us to direct, monitor and analyse our engineering resource in order to ensure that our customers support is maintained at a high level.
As a further commitment, our in house repair centre is fully approved by many leading equipment manufacturers.
